Fees for order cancellation

For standard orders, a cancellation fee may apply if you cancel your order after the cut off time for your delivery window or if the cancellation is made on the day of delivery, as we may charge you for the perishables products that you ordered. Cut off for orders for next day AM delivery close at 6pm the night before, and PM delivery close at 11pm the night before. If it’s at least 30 minutes before your delivery cut-off time you can cancel your order by selecting ’Show orders’ at the bottom of your trolley and then clicking on the drop down arrow next to the order you want to cancel. Click 'Cancel 'Order' and confirm by clicking 'Yes' to cancel your order.

Once you’ve cancelled everything a refund is automatically created for the amount charged to your credit or debit card. It’ll take 3 - 5 business days for the refund to show back on your account. Special orders, where a large quantity of stock is requested to meet your specific order, may not be cancelled.
