How do I allow substitution products?

Proceed to Checkout, on step 2 "Review Order & Substitutions" you have 3 options regarding substitutions, you can allow your personal shopper to replace all, replace certain or can't replace any items on your order. By selecting "Can replace all" this will allow your personal shopper to select an alternative product if one of the items in your order is unavailable.

If you would prefer only certain products to allow your personal shopper to replace then you can select which ones by clicking substitution icon at the side of each product. If the substitution icon is black this means we will substitute if a suitable replacement is available, if the icon is grey this means we won't replace the item.
