How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, first make sure you're logged in to your account. View your open orders using the link found at the bottom of the shopping cart. Select the order that you want to cancel, and then select 'Cancel 'Order' from the list of actions. Your payment will be refunded automatically and should take between 3 to 5 working days to appear back in your account.

You can cancel your order any time up until the night before your delivery or pick up (6pm for a morning order, or 11pm for an afternoon or evening order). After this cut-off time, you can cancel your order by calling 1800 000 610, and cancellation fee may apply. For more information, take a look at our Terms and Conditions.
