How do substitutions work?

If you have opted for substitution and the product is not available when we pick your order, your personal shopper will replace it will a similar item of equal or higher value, if a similar item is available within the product range. This option is available at checkout, where you can choose what items you’d like substituted and how you would like them substituted. If you opt to not receive substitutions for out of stock items, you will be refunded the price paid for these products.
We’ll let you know via email of any out of stocks, as well as any substitutes and/or refunds prior to your delivery or Pick up time.
