I have missed my delivery
We understand unexpected things can pop up during the day, which then might mean you miss your delivery. But we won’t give up on getting your groceries to you! Our Customer Service Team will jump on the phone and contact you when they discover the driver’s arrived at yours, but you’re not there. If the driver’s able to find a safe place to leave your order, then they may do that. Otherwise your order will be returned to the store, and a re-delivery fee of $25 will be charged, as well as the cost of any perishables (e.g. fresh fruits and vegetables). Please note, any orders containing tobacco or liquor items can’t be left unattended and will be returned back to the store (please refer to the Terms and Conditions).
