Missing Item From Online Order
Missing an item from your order? We can help. First, have a good look at the invoice you received with the order and carefully check if the items have been marked as supplied or not. If the items are shown as supplied, but they’re not there, please contact our Customer Service Team by completing the below form, or give us a call with the item's line reference number handy. Also sometimes we’ll be out of stock with some items. Keeping that in mind, if you ’Allow Substitutions’ your Personal Shopper will be sure to find something similar to take its place.
So you know what is out of stock (if anything is) you will be emailed an Out Of Stock Notification before your order is delivered.
