What happens if a product in my order is out of stock?

Sometimes not all items in your order may be available at the time we hand pick your order. If this happens, we’ll email you with the details of either your substitutes (of equal or higher value to the original item) or any refunds for the out of stock items. You can choose which items you’d be happy to be substituted and how you would like them substituted at checkout (see how below). Store discretion applies.
